How To Be At Peace? How To Find Inner Peace - Everything You Need To Know About Peace

... PEACE IS THE BEAUTY OF LIFE ...

Minute Exercise To Find Inner Peace

Most self-improvement advice says that recognizing your thoughts and feelings is the first step to calming down under pressure. But you’ve probably found that this approach backfires. In fact, you might find that the more you focus on the worries and judgments rushing through your mind, the more anxious and stressed out you become.
For that reason, you need to approach conquering overwhelm differently. In your case, your first task isn’t gaining greater awareness of your emotions; it’s to bring your physical state down from overdrive, back to baseline.
So, how exactly do you dial down the intensity of your stress reactions? First, a quick psychology lesson.

Nowadays peace is just a word no one seems to understand its meaning everyone is having their own definition for peace. According to me, peace is to feel, to observe, to see, to understand everything.  Peace is when there are hundreds of people around you but you are somewhere else your mind is somewhere else. [Sab ke hote hue bhi tum Kahin aur he ho. Tumhara Dhyan Kahin aur he hai. Apni he alag Duniya main ho.] Inner peace is very important in today's life. People who are suffering from depression and anxiety can understand the value of peace.

Peace is a stress-free state of security and calmness that comes when there's no fighting or everything coexisting in perfect harmony and freedom. Peace of mind is often associated with yogis, hermits or monks, sitting alone in a far off place, in an ashram, cave or monastery, praying or meditating all day long.

Do you ever feel like the stresses of life just drain all your positive energy? This is a common problem in modern society, and it can leave you feeling deeply despondent about your prospects for future happiness and inner peace. The truth is that peace of mind can be attained and enjoyed, even while leading a normal, ordinary life, with a job and family.

If you really want to feel at peace, then your goal is to let go of the ego which separates us from being at one with all which is.

Spending quality time with self is peace. Spending time with self- doesn't mean going shopping, spa or chilling with friends. sometimes it's just about sitting alone in the bathroom., sitting in a warm bath, and being quiet enough to hear the beating of a heart. Spending time with self is to feel your energy, feel your breath, talk to yourself. [Khud ke sath time spend Karo khud ko pehchano Aaj Kal log alag he race main hai agar hum kahin ja rahe hai tho hum apne phone main jyada busy hai..] instead of feeling and enjoying that moment we are busy in taking selfies or busy in socializing. By doing this we forget to live that moment and we are allowing technology to kill our inner peace. [Yeh sab Karna cahiye per phle humein khud.ko samjhna aur Jaan Na jaruri hai Warna hum kuch time baad depressed ho jaate hai. Humari energy Kaise work karti hai yeh samjhna jaruri hai. Khud ke sath time spend Karo. Friends family sab important hai per usse phle tum important ho.]  Some of the best moments of life are never captured by cameras and are not posted in any social media platform. they are kept in private in memories and are cherished together lifetime with the best people. try to spend some quality time with yourself. so start living first then start socializing. show some love to self there's no need to be rude to yourself.

·   Meditate Daily.

 Yoga?
Yoga has been practiced in many cultures since time immemorial. It is a practice that consists of mental, physical, and spiritual practices that aim to uplift one’s mood, absolve the spirit, energize the body, and to hone the mind.

Studies show that doing daily yoga can help improve one’s mental help. It specifically aids a person’s management and response to stress. I know these days people don't have much time but life is too short to be irritated all the time. I have seen people getting frustrated with their job, relationships and many things even I used to be irritated and frustrated but as time passed and I realized the importance of peace in life. This is the reason I'm writing this post to make people realize where they are lacking. Life is not about a luxurious lifestyle. Life is about the little things. As we heard  "it's always the little things that make the difference". Today we know the meaning of everything but we value nothing. If you’ve been struggling with your emotional or mental state like I was, it may be difficult, at first, to act with integrity all the time. You may find yourself making mistakes and sometimes behaving in a less than ideal way. In order to build up a habit of sticking to your principles, just practice doing the “next right thing” all the time.
The people around you may not be living in the same way that you have chosen to. It doesn't matter; they will have their own way to live with at the end of the day they will have their life, and you will have yours. Choose to respond in a way that will give you peace. Take a deep breath before starting your day or while taking any decisions regarding your job or relationships.
